LESSON 3.2: MONARCHY FOR BEGINNERS

Monarchs come with or without constitutions. Which one to go for depends entirely on your mood but more so on the monarch’s. However, be adviced, that if you go for a constitution, you might be met with some monarchial protest in the beginning. (See: Denmark 1848)
